On Tuesday, I took my family on a long drive upstate for the first time in a while.
Our destination was "CrystalConnectionNY," a crystal shop remodeled from an old church, which I had come across on Instagram.
From our home in Brooklyn,
We crossed the East River, the Hudson River,
drove along the highway,
traveled through mountain roads,
and passed through ranches and farms before finally arriving in the town of Wursboro in upstate New York.
It's an incredibly peaceful and quiet town.
When we arrived, we were greeted by a walkway lined with giant crystals. I was surprised by this, as I had believed that crystals were fragile and should be kept safely inside! Nevertheless, the display was beautiful.
Being an old church, the store has soaring high ceilings and beautiful stained glass windows from which sunlight pours in, allowing the stones to exude their own unique character.
I'm not an expert on stones, but during my hour or so in the shop I felt this phrase come to me,
"This space is extremely purified."
There was not a trace of that mildewy scent typical of old buildings, and the whole space was very refreshing for the senses, like a meadow glistening with morning dew.
I observed that the potential of each stone was strengthened and spread in response to vibrations such as "cute," "beautiful," "sparkling," and "cool" from visitors (of course, they will also respond to negative vibrations)!
This is the same for humans.
Let's always keep you fresh and purify.
And maximize and spread the power that you have within.
The wisdom of Ayurveda is a tool for it.
